Cary Schneiderat, B.A., LLB., has practiced since 2000, primarily in the areas of commercial law, both as solicitor and litigator. He is a skilled negotiator and has been very active within the Penticton Wine Country Chamber of Commerce.

Tiffany Warkentin

Tiffany Warkentin, B.Des., LL.B, was called to the bar in 2015. She spent the early part of her career working in policy and technology procurement. Tiffany practices as a solicitor, with a particular interest in corporate and commercial matters.

Cory Goodrich

Cory was called to the British Columbia bar in September 2008 after graduating from law school at UBC. He is originally from Vernon and has been practising in Summerland since he became a lawyer.

Cory can assist clients with general corporate matters, estate planning, and the administration of an estate after a loved one passes away. He also welcomes clients who are buying, selling or refinancing a home or business. In addition, Cory has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and has the experience to guide clients through family, personal injury, and general litigation matters.

Cory is active in the community, including his role as the supervising lawyer for the Penticton & Area Access Society, which is a poverty clinic offering legal advocacy to low income residents of the South Okanagan.

Megan Amanda McLeod

Megan Amanda McLeod was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2015. She completed her undergraduate degree in Human Resources at the University of British Columbia. Megan attended law school in New York at Hofstra University. She was called to the New York Bar in 2014. Megan has a general practice, and plans to develop a practice in family law as well as labour & employment.

She is involved in several organizations in the community including the Penticton Women in Business, Junior Chamber International as well as the Chamber of Commerce in Penticton and Summerland. Megan is also seeking opportunities to become more involved in the community of Princeton and surround areas.
